Getting Your Blades Sharpened is Simple and Hassle-Free!
Here’s how to get started – Select where to drop off first.
Drop Off at Our Shop
Bring your knives and tools directly to our location during business hours. For safety, please wrap all blades securely in a towel or protective cover. (See our photos below for an example of how to package your items.)
Farmers Market Drop Off
You can also leave your blades with us at one of the farmers markets we attend. We’ll sharpen them and bring them back to the market the following week for pickup. Just look for the Art of Sharp booth when you arrive.
Review & Estimate
When you drop off your items, we’ll inspect each blade and confirm the total cost before we start any work.
Sharpening & Testing
Your blades are professionally cleaned, sharpened, and tested for precision and performance.
Pickup & Payment
Once your order is ready, we’ll contact you to arrange pickup or remind you to collect it at the market.
Safely Securing Blades for Drop Off

Step 1: Lay Out a Towel
Place a clean kitchen towel flat on a table or counter. This will help protect your knives during transport.

Step 2: Fold the Bottom Edge
Fold the bottom edge of the towel up a few inches to create a pocket for the knife blades.

Step 3: Arrange Your Knives
Lay your knives handle-up. Make sure the knives are spaced apart so they don’t touch.

Step 4: Tuck the Knife Tips
Gently fold the bottom edge one more time so that it tucks the blade tips into the cloth.

Step 5: Roll the Towel
Starting from one side, gently roll the towel up into a bundle, keeping the knives secure inside.

Step 6: Finished
Your knives are safely wrapped and ready for drop-off. Use a rubber band or string to hold the bundle together if needed.
