Art of Sharp is owned and operated by Erik M., a dedicated craftsman with a passion for helping people get the most out of their tools. Erik believes sharpening isn’t just a trade—it’s an art that makes everyday work easier, safer, and more satisfying.

Erik has been sharpening professionally for three years and has proudly run Art of Sharp for the past year and a half. His interest in sharp knives started early—his dad always told him there’s nothing better than a sharp knife (even though he still hasn’t quite figured out how to sharpen one himself).

Today, Erik combines traditional techniques with modern innovations in tooling to create razor-sharp edges on knives and tools of all kinds. His commitment to quality, attention to detail, and friendly service have earned the trust of chefs, stylists, and tradespeople across the region.
